I’m rather biased when I write about homeopathy, since I am an homeopath. Homeopathy can be used to alleviate a gout attack by administering a dose of Colchium 30c or Ledum,or any number of other “gout remedies”. This it will do very successfully, however, this is not a cure, for the remedy has been given in the form of palliation, not holistically.

Homeopathy cures, and to do this it needs to be given for the whole of the patient, not for a single manifesting symptom, such as the big toe. We are used to a quick fix when it comes to diseases, but ridding the body of the symptom, is not curing the patient.

It is important to find out when the first attack occurred, and what may have been the mental state of the patient at that particular time. OK, everybody knows, that gout attacks occur usually after over indulgence in either rich food, or alcohol, particularly beer.

So with that in mind, you may think that all that is necessary to avoid gout attacks in the future is to eat a better diet. I agree with this totally, if a strict diet of low purine foods is eaten, then you will avoid a gout attack.

This does not cure the predisposition to gout, homeopathy cures the predisposition to gout. That is if a carefully chosen remedy is given, that will treat the patient holistically, the patient’s life will be turned around, for the better. I might add, finding the remedy to match the patient, is no easy task, and may take some time.

The causality has to be treated, and this can be found so often in the mental state of the patient. Curing the tendency to over indulgence in food or drink, or both, is treating holistically. Whereas, treating the gout symptom alone with what may be considered to be a gout remedy, is not cure.

I am a healthy 33 year old because of a great alkaline diet plan that I use. I was never this healthy before, but because of this great alkaline diet system I use, I am on the peak of my health. You have to list your daily food intake so that you can monitor the food that you take in. You can then strike out the dead foods and just keep the healthy food in your diet.

Dead foods or junk foods are food stuffs that are acidic and therefore a threat to the balance of your inner terrain. Only alkalizing food can balance out the acidity in your body. With the balance restored inside your body, you will be healthier and full of youthful energy.

You will feel explosive health and energy in just 3 days if you follow the alkaline diet plan. Coupled with exercise and healthy living, you can turn the hands of time. You can turn your health around even if you think you don’t have any choice. Just remember that with the alkaline diet plan you do have a choice between good health and bad health.

Good health is a balanced and alkalized body, while bad health results from negligence of your food intake. All you need to do is change your food intake with an alkaline diet plan and live a healthy lifestyle.

Correcting a highly acidic diet requires that your diet needs to be predominantly fruit and vegetables. Not necessarily vegetarian, but with a very low consumption of animal protein.
