Question by Johnny D: Joint pain – Gout? Psuedo-Gout? Something else?
I am 30 years old, and every once in a while I have some sort of joint pain "flare up" – almost always in my ankle, the top of my foot (not my big toe) or my knee.
It USUALLY lasts 3 days. It's mildly annoying the first day, super painful the next day (so I can just barely walk) and then stiff and a little pain the third day. By the fourth day it usually just feels a little stiff with no pain.
Is this likely something like Gout or some other form of arthritis? I dont have other symptoms (that I am aware of, anyway…)

It sounds like Gout to me. As you're so young, probably a change of diet will fix your problem. (Watch the seafood intake, especially shellfish) Also if you're into body building, watch what you use to bulk up. Go to webmd.com and search gout for details.
